America Senesless Homelessness

America creates hazardous living conditions for over 23,000 youths that age out of the social child service Foster Care systems , each year. SOURCE: National Foster Care Youth Institute Prior to the young adults eighteenth birthday, the American Orphan now an adult, has already experienced several traumatic events; deeply distressed at eighteen they are released into world of American systems to compete with adults who grew up with one or both parents with inherited family resources, while this american orphaned adult has no trusting relationships and is very vulnerable to America's systems. Circumstances, creating this? Lack of money put directly into the American Oprhan's cause. Amercan Orphan, they are lowest priority in american political systems. Amercan has relabled Orphans as Foster Care , but it still the same problem, just sounds nicer.

America Creates Orphanhood by Systems Design
Although, orphanages in America are no longer refrered to as such, the reliance on fostercare, group homes, and residential treatment facilities are of many types; the way that people refer to themselves as part of the orphan's statistic depends on which group they are part of. Did you lose one, or both of your parents, at what age? Did you age out of the systems, or where you adopted? This is all relevant, but sometimes the numbers get thrown toghether, and public view is we all have some sort of family issues to deal with, so why is this anything different? There has never been a long-term plan for the American Orphan. Rather than fixing the problem, we are rebranding the problem to make it sound like we are being more human, but the results still all show that American Oprhan who lost both parents, has life long issues. The renaming this as the foster care systems, does not negate the Oprhanhood created by the systems, that do not take in account the long term heath issues, both physical and mental, are all being ignored, as alomost every major medical condition that is fatal, is prevalant amomng the orphans in more higher percentages of those we usally thing of a worse off. "the problem is that the temporary solution of foster care has become a permanent solution and 10% of the kids that are placed into the system age out of it without every really getting the chance to heal.
